Dining at Coastal Escape
The restaurant at Coastal Escape is fortunate to have one of the region’s best chefs. He understands the rich culture of Thai food, but also appreciates the subtler tones and flavors of some western cuisine, and can delight and amaze you with either. We only stock the freshest ingredients, most of which are bought locally, daily, so that our chef can work his magic in the best way possible. Additionally, our well-stocked bar and creative bartending staff will make sure that you can wet your whistle “island style” with one of our special local cocktails.
BREAKFAST
Most guests come to Coastal Escape to relax and get away from a busy lifestyle…the breakfast is a part of that “escape”. Breakfast on a “work day” is often a rushed procedure with a “take away” cup of coffee.
RESTAURANT
Coastal Escape likes to call itself a full service boutique resort. A considerable amount of work has been put into creating an all-day menu that suits most tastes, yet is exciting with a good variation.
SEAFOOD
In addition to our standard menu we have a seafood menu. We don’t store or freeze any seafood. We prefer you order with us a little in advance so we can get all seafood here delivered alive and as fresh as possible.
BEVERAGE
Coastal Escape offer a wide range of beverages in connection with the pool bar and restaurant. We take pride in our beverage offerings…it’s standard for us to only use premium brand alcohol, International Bar Association cocktail recipes (IBA), fresh juices, fresh coconuts, quality mixers…
WINE SELECTION
Our Coastal Escape wine selection is extensive and interesting. We stock about 80 different wines from all over the world. We focus on easy drinking, quality wines that go well with our menu or just pool side
ROOM SERVICE
Enjoy the privacy of your villa at any time for in room dining. Every item on all menus can be brought to your villa. Breakfast is also available as “room service” without any extra cost.
