Event fees of USD $2,800 for up to 80 guests +10% service charge and 7% tax
Pre- and post-wedding events can be arranged for an additional fee.
The Fine Print
Guests Capacity and Event Fees
Maximum number of guests: Maximum of 80 guests.
If the guest is planning to hold an event, such as a wedding or party where any pre-planning is required, the guest needs to pay USD 2,800 plus 10% service charge and 7% tax.
Any pre or post-wedding events where guests, including villa guests, exceed 1.5 times the amount staying within the villa must be planned and catered for by the Coastal Escape or wedding planner team.
Weddings for up to 80 guests require a minimum 3 nights buyout: 3 Nights - All 4 villas (All Seasons). Approved event organizers must be appointed or using our in-house appointed teams.
Security deposit (Up to 80 guests): USD 2,800.
All music must be turned down by midnight in the villas, which have neighboring communities or villas with guests. You are permitted to go over to the in-house sound system. In the event of a complaint made, we will have to adhere to this; however, we will be as flexible as possible.

Fireworks are only permitted with our approved supplier following approval from the relevant authority and must be released after 10pm due to local Thai law with wind and weather permitting. We will endeavor to keep all candles and tiki torches lit; however, in the event of wind or rain, please note this is not possible, and we cannot provide refunds as this will be out of our control. Fireworks need to be booked and have a certificate at least 3 weeks prior to the event; last-minute arrangements cannot be made.
